Co-op participation terms

The following key conditions were supplied for this campaign. This is a summary, not the complete Paid Social Media Services Agreement. Request the complete agreement from LeadPower before purchasing.

One-time participation

This campaign is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, monthly bills, or automatic renewals. Future participation is optional.

All sales final

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the co-op campaign launches.

Campaign activation

The campaign activates once the $1,500 funding floor is met. Multiple shares may be purchased.

Lead distribution

Leads are distributed round-robin in proportion to shares owned. Exact counts may differ slightly. All generated leads are distributed.

Risk disclosure

There are no guarantees of results, leads, revenue, or business outcomes. All risk is expressly assumed by the purchaser. Advertising results depend on market response, platform performance, and audience engagement.

Dispute resolution

The supplied conditions require mandatory binding arbitration in Nevada and waiver of jury trial and class action. Review the complete agreement before participating.

LeadPower Agency (also operating as LeadPower.net and Direct Internet Media, Inc.) is acting solely and exclusively in the capacity of an independent advertising agency. LeadPower Agency provides paid advertising and marketing services on behalf of Co-Op advertising participants ("Advertisers") who have independently elected to participate in cooperative advertising programs administered by LeadPower Agency.

LeadPower Agency has NO ownership interest, financial interest, equity position, partnership, joint venture, or any other form of affiliation with the products, services, companies, or business opportunities being advertised through this Co-Op advertising program. LeadPower Agency does not endorse, warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality, legitimacy, performance, or suitability of any advertised product or service.

LeadPower Agency is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement between Co-Op participants and any third party. LeadPower Agency assumes no responsibility, liability, or obligation arising from the purchase, use, or reliance upon any product or service advertised through this Co-Op program. All claims, representations, and warranties regarding advertised products or services are solely those of the respective Advertiser.

By participating in or viewing this Co-Op advertising program, you acknowledge and agree that LeadPower Agency's role is limited exclusively to the placement and delivery of advertising. Any inquiries, complaints, or disputes related to the advertised product or service should be directed solely to the respective Advertiser.
